The plans explained
Access to our private Club is subscription-based.
All our plans grant an unlimited access to exceptional off-market properties, with NO commissions on transactions. Whether you buy a flat in Paris, a hotel in Courchevel or a large portfolio of offices in London, we take NO commissions. Our objective is to bring lots of liquidity to exceptional assets, and for our members to enjoy it to the fullest.
3 types of plans:
- For private investors: enjoy full access to off-market properties shared by peers & family offices and invitations to Club events
- For Family Offices: in addition, the plan includes 3 complimentary accesses for family members or officers + 1 free Property submission + 5 monthly ClubMails to exchange with the ClubDeal community
- Family Office Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS): a dedicated white-label platform for Family Offices and their members (up to 50 users). The VIP platform is a segregated platform to share Real Estate/Private Equity/VC assets within the Family Office, while retaining privileged access to the consolidated ClubDeal network offering. The PaaS platform comes with 3 complimentary Property submissions + constant new functionalities & upgrades + dedicated customization team, guest at exclusive ClubDeal events, and many more benefits
